Dear SSKers
On Tuesday, September 17, the first regular Nation Meeting of the fall semester will take place. During this nation meeting, elections will be held to fill positions of trust within the Foreman Corps, the Senior College, the Election Committee and the House Board. Decisions will also be made on the semester’s operational plan and budget.
Candidatures

Positions can be counter-nominated by notifying the Qurator via q@sydskanska.se no later than three (3) days before the meeting, i.e. Saturday, September 14 at 17:59. The remaining by-elections will not be considered, for these there is free candidacy at the nation meeting. By-elections will take place from 19:00(..), it is possible to only attend these.
Positions marked with * in the announcement are fill-in elections that are sought through free candidacy at the nation meeting and are filled directly.
If any nation member wishes to run without attending the meeting, candidacy with justification can be sent to q@sydskanska.se.

Agenda of the meeting
Notice of the meeting and the meeting agenda are available below. The budget and business plan for HT24 will be adopted at the meeting. Proposals for other matters to be raised at the meeting must be received by the Qurator in writing no later than five (5) days before the meeting, i.e. Thursday, September 12 at 17:59. Members of the Sydskånska nation who have paid the nation fee for HT24 and can show ID and receipt and / or STUK have the right to vote at the meeting.
Other information
The meeting will be held in Göstabudsalen at Tornavägen 5 on September 17th at 18:00. Qurator, ProQurator Ekonomi and the Nomination Committee will be available 30 minutes before the meeting to answer questions about the business plan, the budget and the nomination process respectively.
