Dear Sydskåningar!

On Tuesday, September the 12th, the first regular nationmeeting of the fall semester will take place. During this nationmeeting, elections will be held to fill positions within the Foreman group, Senior board, the Election Committee and the House Board. Decisions will also be made regarding the semester’s business plan and budget.

Candidacy
Candidacy for all foremen by-elections (marked with *) is made directly at the meeting, and is not prepared by the election committee.

Candidates for positions within the Senior board, the Election Committee and the House Board must go trough the election committe, or their counter-candicy be notified to the Qurator via q@sydskanska.se no later than three (3) days before the meeting, i.e. Saturday, September 9th 17:59.

If any member wishes to candidate to a post but are unable to attend the meeting the candidacy and a motivation can be sent to q@sydskanska.se.

Representatives from both election committees will be available half an hour before the meeting to answer questions.

The election committee will be available 30 minutes before the meeting to answer questions about the election process, as well as the Qurator for the business plan and the ProQurator for the budget. Questions regarding the Business Plan and Budget can also be answered during the expedition’s opening hours; weekdays 11-13, and Thursday 17-19.
