On Tuesday, September 14:th, it is time for the fall semester’s first Nation Meeting.
Registration & participation in a digital meeting
The first nation meeting for the autumn semester will only be held digitally via Zoom. To participate in the digital nation meeting, you need to fill in this form and send a picture of identification and student card to firstname.lastname@example.org. More detailed instructions on how to register for the digital nation meeting can be found in the form.
Candidacy and Nomination
Candidacy for all foremen by-elections (marked with *) is made directly at the meeting, and is not prepared by the election committee.
Ordinary elections, as well as filling elections within the upper board (marked with **), are applied for by nomination. Nomination is done by contacting email@example.com.

Motions and Counter-candidacies
Proposals for matters to be considered at the Nation Meeting must be received by Qurator in writing no later than five (5) days before the meeting. Counter-candidacies for positions within the upper board and the nomination committee must be notified to the Qurator via firstname.lastname@example.org no later than three (3) days before the meeting, ie. Saturday, September 11:th at 17:59.
