On Tuesday, February 7, the first regular National meeting of the spring semester will take place. During this national meeting, elections will be held to fill positions of trust within the Board of Supervisors, the Seniors’ College and the House Board. Decisions will also be made regarding the semester’s business plan and budget.
Candidacy and Nomination
Candidacy for all foremen by-elections (marked with *) is made directly at the meeting, and is not prepared by the election committee.
Counter-candidates for positions within the Upper Board and the Nomination Committee must be notified to the Qurator via email@example.com no later than three (3) days before the meeting, i.e. Saturday, February 4.
If any member wishes to candidate to a post but are unable to attend the meeting the candidacy and a motivation can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.

The election committee will be available 30 minutes before the meeting to answer questions about the election process, as well as the Qurator for the business plan and the ProQurator for the budget. Questions regarding the Business Plan and Budget can also be answered during the expedition’s opening hours; weekdays 11-13, and Thursday 17-19.
Posts marked with * in the announcement are fill-in elections that are applied for through free candidacy at the national meeting and are filled directly.
